Take a pressure cooker add soaked chana,1tsp oil mix and boil for 30 minutes.
Take a wok add oil then add garlic saute add onion saute till golden brown then add ginger,all spices and tomato puree then oil released add boiled chana without water mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Take a mixing bowl add flour,salt,ajwain and palak puree mix and make a dough.
Take a wok add oil then oil heat.
Take a dough make a balls roll and fry in hot oil .
Then serve palak poori and chana dry.
